Questions
Do I need to book a tour?
In summer, yes: groups are kept small. In the quiet months you can often join on the day.
Is it safe for beginners?
Copenhagen has wide cycle lanes almost everywhere, and the city is flat. Our guides ride at an easy pace and stop often.
How does hire work?
Book online or walk in, show a photo ID and ride off. Bring the bike back by closing time; a lock, lights and a helmet are included.
What if it rains?
We ride in light rain and lend rain capes. In a real storm we move your tour or refund it.
Can children come?
Yes: on a kids’ bike from about six, or in the box of a cargo bike when they are smaller.
