Bookings
Tours and bike hire are paid in full when you book online, or at the shop when you walk in. Prices include VAT, a lock, lights and a helmet.
Changes and cancellations
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour or hire and we refund you in full. After that, the payment is kept. If we cancel a tour for the weather, you choose another day or get your money back.
On the road
Bring a photo ID to collect a bike. Ride on the cycle lanes and follow the guide on tours; bring the bike back by closing time, or tell us if you’ll be late.
